PeopleShare is hiring Licensed Health Insurance Agents in Arizona to work for the American Health Marketplace to assist customers during the 2026 ACA Open Enrollment season. Job Details for Remote Licensed Health Insurance Agent
- Location: Remote
- Pay: $20/hour + uncapped commission (Weekly commission & hourly pay out) earn an average of $35
- Schedule: Full-Time | Open availability required 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST, Monday – Friday (9 hour shift- one hour lunch)
- Assignment: Seasonal Contract | Starts September 29th & runs though mid-January 2025. Possibility for extension into end of March.
- Training: Paid | 100% attendance required
- Equipment: Bring Your Own Device (Windows/Mac, dual monitors, webcam, headset, wired internet)
Responsibilities for Remote Licensed Health Insurance Agent
- Handle inbound calls to assist customers with health insurance plan enrollment
- Guide callers through the application process
- Follow all compliance and regulatory standards
- Navigate multiple systems and tools while on calls
Requirements for Remote Licensed Health Insurance Agent
- Active Health Insurance License (resident license in the state you reside in)
- FFM/Marketplace Certified for 2026 (or willing to complete certification before start)
- Tech-savvy with the ability to multitask across platforms
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must have a distraction-free, professional remote setup
- Strong sales or call center background preferred
