Position: Manufacturing Operator Helper
Location: Cranbury NJ
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday
Start Date: Immediate Start Available
Job Description:
We are seeking a Manufacturing Operator Helper to join our production team. This role is ideal for individuals with prior experience in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment who are looking to grow within a GMP-regulated setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist machine operators with equipment setup, operation, and changeovers.
Stage, load, and move raw materials to support production runs.
Perform in-process checks to verify product quality and compliance with standards.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in alignment with GMP and safety guidelines.
Support production goals by ensuring efficient workflow and timely task completion.
Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
Previous production or manufacturing experience in a pharmaceutical environment preferred.
Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and cleanroom protocols a strong plus.
Ability to accurately follow batch records, SOPs, and detailed instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
Reliable, team-oriented, and effective in communication.
