PeopleShare is hiring a General Laborer (Parts Handler) for a growing facility in Suffolk, VA. This is an opportunity for individuals who are dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented. No prior coating experience required—just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and moving parts for coating
- Perform general warehouse duties
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces
- Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Work independently and take initiative throughout the shift

- Self-motivated – able to stay productive without constant supervision
- Reliable – strong attendance is crucial
- Detail-oriented – focused on accuracy and quality
- General labor or warehouse experience REQUIRED
- Willing to undergo training on-site
