This full-time, first-shift position offers steady hours and a chance to work in a supportive, team-oriented environment with voluntary overtime available.
Job Details:
- Location: New Castle, PA
- Pay Rate: $17.00 – $19.00/hour (based on experience)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Position Title: Shipping Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders using a scan gun
- Create and manage shipping labels, tracking, and documentation through FedEx and UPS systems
- Prepare outgoing shipments and ensure all items are packed securely and labeled correctly
- Maintain an organized and efficient shipping area
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed (receiving, inventory support, etc.)
- Operate a forklift (if certified – forklift experience is a plus but not required)
Job Requirements:
- Previous shipping and warehouse experience is required
- Proficiency with FedEx and UPS shipping platforms
- Comfortable using a scan gun and basic warehouse tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
