Inventory Coordinator Job Description:
- Maintain accurate inventory through regular cycle counts, discrepancy reconciliation, and ERP/WMS system updates.
- Receive, verify, and organize inbound shipments while preparing materials for internal distribution or outbound shipping.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely inventory availability and material flow.
- Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and storage of inventory while maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.
Inventory Coordinator Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience using NetSuite or a similar ERP system
- Strong email communication skills and professional etiquette
- Strong people skills; able to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Willingness to ask questions and seek clarity when needed
