Production Lead Job Details:
📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday
🕐 1st & 2nd Shifts Available
💵 Pay Rate: $21.55–$22.80/hour
Production Lead Responsibilities:
✅ Lead a team in the precision assembly of copper coil components
✅ Train and support team members in proper assembly techniques and safety practices
✅ Ensure all employees follow PPE, tool safety, and lifting/rigging protocols
✅ Enforce P100 quality standards and inspect all work for accuracy
✅ Read and interpret blueprints, routers, and special instructions
✅ Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
✅ Monitor daily workflow to ensure production goals are met
✅ Resolve material, equipment, or personnel issues as they arise
✅ Collaborate with other leads on quality, safety, and delivery coordination
✅ Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S standards
Production Lead Requirements:
🔧 2+ years of experience in a production or assembly environment
🔧 Experience training others on technical processes and equipment use
🔧 Ability to read drawings and measure accurately using standard tools
🔧 Skilled in inspecting work for quality and compliance
🔧 Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
🔧 Strong understanding of basic math, safety procedures, and assembly methods
🔧 Comfortable attending leadership and production meetings regularly
