A well-established manufacturing facility in Timonium, MD is seeking Battery Assemblers for immediate direct hire opportunities. 🔧 Responsibilities:
- Assemble electrical components, wires, and subassemblies according to work instructions
- Inspect, install, and test parts using hand tools and basic electrical knowledge
- Read and interpret test results and schematics
- Identify and troubleshoot minor issues during production
- Maintain productivity goals and follow quality/safety standards
- Keep workstations clean and organized
✅ Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
- Basic electronics knowledge or aptitude preferred (training provided)
- Previous experience with hand and power tools
- Willingness to be an engaged, hands-on learner
- Ability to stay focused and consistent in repetitive tasks
- Previous manufacturing or electrical assembly experience is a plus, not required
