Assembly Lead Job Details:
Schedule: Training on 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM), then transitioning to 2nd Shift schedule
Pay: $21.55 - 22.80/hr.
Location: Richmond, VA 23236
Assembly Lead Responsibilities Include:
Lead a team in the precision assembly of copper coil components
Train and support team members in proper assembly methods and safety practices
Ensure all safety procedures, PPE use, and quality standards are followed
Read blueprints, use hand/power tools, and inspect work for accuracy
Collaborate with other leads to meet daily production goals
Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S principles
Assembly Lead Job Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and leadership mindset
Ability to read blueprints and interpret work instructions
Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
Comfortable with basic math and ruler reading
