Job Details for Remote Health Insurance Enrollment Specialist:
- Location: Remote (Must reside in PA, SC, AL, or TX)
- Pay: $21/hour + Bonuses
- Schedule: Full-Time
- M-F 6:00 AM – 2:00 AM EST (Must have open availability during these hours)
- Duration: Seasonal | Ends in December
- Equipment: Provided
Responsibilities for Remote Health Insurance Enrollment Specialist:
- Handle inbound calls assisting customers with healthcare plan selection, enrollment, and renewals
- Upsell and cross-sell health-related products as appropriate
- Meet daily conversion and compliance goals with empathy and professionalism
Requirements for Remote Health Insurance Enrollment Specialist:
- High school diploma or GED
- Able to type 35 WPM
- Previous sales, customer service or call center experience required
- Reliable wired internet connection required (no satellite or hotspot internet; no T-Mobile Home Internet or Viasat accepted)
- Must reside in PA, SC, AL, or TX
