Reach Truck Operator Job Description:
Operate stand-up reach trucks to move products in and out of racking systems
Load and unload pallets from trucks or storage areas
Perform daily equipment inspections and report safety or mechanical issues
Pick, stage, and store products according to company standards
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
Assist with inventory checks and cycle counts as needed
Follow all warehouse procedures, safety guidelines, and productivity standards
Reach Truck Operator Job Requirements:
1+ year of experience operating a reach truck or stand-up forklift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
