POSITION OVERVIEW
The Director of Network Management will provide strategic and operational leadership to grow the mission of expanding access to our two evidence-based home visiting programs. This role will oversee sustainable growth strategies and high-quality network partner relationships through network excellence, innovative partnerships, and collaborative leadership.
This role champions customer-centered, equity-focused methods that support implementing partners in serving families effectively. As a member of the Changent leadership team, this role drives thought leadership in network management, leads innovation in network strategies, and supports evidence-informed program delivery, network compliance and performance, and the development of cost-effective, high-quality service models.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
40% Organizational Leadership, Team Leadership & Strategic Direction
- Set strategic department priorities that align with national growth and impact goals.
- Lead business development efforts to expand the network while strengthening compliance and performance outcomes.
- Shape a customer-focused infrastructure that delivers consistently high-quality support to implementing partners.
- Contribute to enterprise-level strategic planning and champion innovation across service delivery and expansion strategies.
- Build and nurture strong cross-functional and external relationships to advance national strategic partnerships.
- Strengthen partner retention and trust through department-driven performance management efforts.
- Oversee department budgets and refine cost models to support sustainable and efficient service delivery.
- Establish the strategic framework for evaluating network health and triggering targeted interventions.
- Delegate and support day-to-day operational execution through effective leadership.
30% Network Innovation & Strategic Development
- Lead landscape analyses to surface opportunities across home visiting and early childhood development.
- Drive strategies to identify, assess, and onboard new implementing partners while upholding compliance and performance benchmarks.
- Champion equity-driven, customer-centered practices that deepen partner engagement and protect program integrity.
- Strengthen our value proposition and evolve service models to enhance both impact and operational efficiency.
- Cultivate and fortify relationships with implementing partners, funders, and community leaders to support national strategic partnerships.
- Identify and pursue mission-aligned revenue opportunities that fuel network growth.
- Oversee development and application of site health metrics and response protocols to guide early and targeted intervention.
- Advance innovation across all network management functions to improve outcomes and delivery.
- Design and implement a partner readiness framework to align network expansion with quality, equity, and sustainability goals.
20% Strategic Partnership & External Relations
- Lead relationship strategies for key partners and accounts to support national growth.
- Deliver exceptional partner experience throughout all engagement phases.
- Collaborate with clinical leaders to uphold program quality and model fidelity.
- Represent Changent at conferences and industry events as a thought leader.
- Build and deepen strategic partnerships to enhance visibility and impact.
- Serve as liaison to senior leadership at partner organizations and key stakeholders.
- Track and analyze KPIs on network reach, satisfaction, and service quality.
- Lead knowledge-sharing to build capacity and strengthen leadership across the network.
10% Team Leadership & Strategic Supervision:
- Provide strategic oversight and support to Network Management team members.
- Guide team contributions to strategic plan execution, promoting innovative problem-solving and service excellence.
- Set direction for network management functions while empowering team members to lead daily operations.
- Support team development and professional growth through clear guidance and collaboration.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field required.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in business development, network expansion, or program management.
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing people in direct or matrixed roles.
- Proven knowledge of business development and customer relationship management.
- Skilled in network health assessment and improvement strategies.
- Experience with site health monitoring systems and escalation frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability in stakeholder engagement and partnership development.
- Knowledge of change management principles.
- Experienced in strategic planning and implementation.
- Knowledgeable in quality improvement initiatives.
- Skilled in organizational response planning and systematic intervention strategies.
- Ability to develop and implement equity-centered strategies.
- Experience in capacity building and leadership development programs.
- Proficient in data-driven decision making and KPI monitoring.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex business development initiatives simultaneously.
- Experienced in developing customer-centered programs and service delivery models.
- Ability to contribute to executive-level strategic planning and growth initiatives.
- Familiar with network compliance, performance management, and cost optimization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% as needed.

This position reports to the Chief Program & Network Officer and has up to four direct reports.
