Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay: $18.00 – $19.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, includes one weekend day
Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a bilingual Warehouse Supervisor for a temp-to-perm opportunity at our fulfillment facility. This role requires a hands-on leader with proven experience in supervising warehouse teams, strong computer skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations in a fulfillment or production environment
- Manage, motivate, and lead a team of 15–25 employees
- Ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with safety standards
- Utilize software systems to track productivity, inventory, and reporting
- Coordinate staffing and workflow to meet shipping and production deadlines
- Operate or assist with powered equipment (a plus)
- Monitor and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide training and performance feedback to team members
Qualifications:
- Bilingual: Fluent in both written and spoken English (required)
- Prior supervisory experience managing 15–25 employees (required)
- Industry experience in fulfillment, logistics, or production (required)
- Strong computer proficiency, including Excel, WMS, or ERP systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Experience with powered equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.) is a plus
