Job Locations & Shifts:
Sayreville, NJ
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – Finish
Pay Rate: $21.23–$22.23/hr
Cranbury, NJ
Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay Rate: $15.50/hr + up to $100 weekly bonus + OT available
Contract-to-hire opportunity – Start ASAP!
Job Responsibilities:
Safely operate a Raymond Reach Truck and/or Order Picker to move, retrieve, and store products
Use I-Warehouse Machines for inventory tracking and efficient workflow
Follow headset-based instructions (English only) for accurate product picking
Conduct cycle counts and monitor inventory levels; identify trends and shrink issues
Read customer orders and select items for packing as per order ticket
Work on your feet throughout the shift in a non-climate-controlled warehouse
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience operating a Raymond Reach Truck or Order Picker (this is not a forklift-only position)
At least 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced warehouse setting
Familiarity with automated inventory systems and I-Warehouse tools
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work efficiently under warehouse conditions
High School Diploma or equivalent
Steel-toe boots required
