PeopleShare is hiring for an Electrical Assembly Technician in Hanover, MD with an industry-leading manufacturing partner. This temp-to-permanent role is perfect for someone with a mechanical mindset, experience using hand and power tools, and an interest in electrical or mechanical assembly.

What You'll Do:
- Wire control panels, electrical components, and wire harnesses by hand
- Assemble and modify both electrical and mechanical components
- Install circuit breakers, busbars, panelboard interiors, and cabling
- Read and follow schematics, BOMs, and engineering specifications
- Test builds using multimeters or basic functional checks
- Support the team to meet daily production and quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience in electrical or mechanical assembly
- Comfortable using hand tools, drills, and basic electrical testing gear
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, or schematics
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for the duration of your shift
- Reliable transportation to/from the Hanover, MD facility
- High school diploma or equivalent required; trade/technical school a plus
Preferred Experience (Not Required):
- Previous work with wiring, electrical harnessing, or panel building
- Familiarity with control panels or electrical system testing
- Any assembly or technician background in a manufacturing environment
