Crawl Space & Attic Technician Job Details:
Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm
Pay Rate: $20–$25/hour (based on experience), plus performance-based raises
Crawl Space & Attic Technician Job Description:
- Install vapor barriers, sump pumps, and dehumidifiers
- Remove and replace attic insulation
- Perform crawl space cleanouts and rodent exclusions
- Work safely on ladders and roofs as needed
- Use apps/technology to log job details and communicate with the team
- Deliver clean, high-quality work and exceptional service
- Build customer trust through professionalism and clear communication
Crawl Space & Attic Technician Job Requirements:
- Willingness to work in crawl spaces and attics
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and a team-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and follow safety guidelines
- No experience required—paid training provided
