Our agency is currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable, employee-owned company based in Annapolis Junction, MD, for a full-time Inside Sales Representative. This is a direct hire position with a strong benefits package, excellent team culture, and long-term growth potential.
The ideal candidate is a clear communicator, highly organized, and has a customer-first attitude. You’ll be the go-to resource for both internal and external customers—offering quotes, support, and technical expertise while managing orders with precision.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and vendor portals
Prepare and follow up on quotes and proposals
Provide technical and administrative support across departments
Manage multiple vendor accounts and product lines
Utilize NetSuite and other internal systems for order processing
Develop in-depth knowledge of products and solutions offered
Maintain a customer-first mindset and problem-solving approach
Collaborate with the internal sales team, managers, and external reps
What You Bring:
1–3 years of inside sales, sales support, or related customer service experience
High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus)
Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of NetSuite and/or vendor portals strongly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Mechanical aptitude is a bonus
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and Wonderlic assessment
