Job Summary:
We’re seeking a reliable Maintenance Assistant to help with daily maintenance tasks in our warehouse. This role includes equipment upkeep, facility repairs, and support for safety and cleanliness.
Job Title: Warehouse Maintenance Assistant
Location: Romeoville, IL
Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $20.00-25.00
Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Maintenance Assistant :
Assist with conveyor system maintenance, repairs, and inspections
Perform basic maintenance on warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, HVAC, lighting)
Replace lights, fix minor plumbing issues, and maintain facility structure
Support safety checks and help ensure compliance with regulations
Organize and manage tools and spare parts inventory
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and assist with recycling
Help with facility upgrades, installations, and equipment testing
Requirements Warehouse Maintenance Assistant :
Basic mechanical skills and hands-on repair experience
Ability to follow safety guidelines and use tools properly
Strong organizational and teamwork skills
