Marketing & Media Associate Job Description:
Assist in the development, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Help create and edit content for social media, websites, email newsletters, and marketing materials.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to support marketing strategy.
Schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor performance across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
Help organize promotional events, trade shows, or product launches, including logistics and follow-up.
Track marketing metrics (e.g., website traffic, social media engagement, campaign performance) and prepare reports.
Maintain marketing databases, manage calendars, process invoices, and provide general team support.
Ensure all materials and communications align with brand guidelines and tone.
Work closely with graphic designers, sales teams, and external vendors to support marketing efforts.
Marketing & Media Associate Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.)
0–2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role; internships acceptable.
Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools (like Mailchimp), and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to think creatively and contribute ideas for engaging content and campaigns.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Basic understanding of marketing KPIs and ability to interpret data and trends.
