Job Details: Warehouse Lead
- Job Title: Warehouse Lead
- Pay Rate: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM
- Location: Romeoville, IL
Position Responsibilities: Warehouse Lead
- Safely and efficiently put away and pull pallets of food products and loose items from tight racking.
- Operate a stand-up forklift in cold, refrigerated, and frozen conditions.
- Adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and USDA guidelines.
- Report any food safety or quality issues to supervision or quality assurance.
- Work professionally and collaboratively with a laid-back management team.
Position Requirements: Warehouse Lead
- Minimum of 6 months of recent cold storage, stand-up forklift experience.
- Ability to work in cold, refrigerated, and frozen conditions.
- Willingness to work potentially 50+ hours per week, with overtime available.
- Must be able to complete a 2-hour GMP orientation and safety training.
- Successful completion of a 7-year background check and a 5-panel drug test.
