Position: Stand-Up Forklift Operator
Location:Oswego, IL
Shift:
1st Shift Tuesday - Friday 5am - 3:30PM $18.15 prh
2nd Shift Tuesday - Friday 5pm - 3:30AM $19.15 prh
Weekend Shift 1st - Saturday - Monday 5am - 5pm $20.15 prh
What You’ll Do:
Safely operate a stand-up reach forklift to move, stack, and retrieve products.
Load and unload trucks, pick and stage orders, and support shipping/receiving operations.
Perform daily equipment inspections and follow all safety procedures.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production and quality goals.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous stand-up forklift experience required (reach truck or similar).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, overtime, or weekends as needed.
