Warehouse Associate Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm (OT during peak season)
- Pay Rate: $16.50/hr (paid weekly and increase upon conversion)
Warehouse Associate Job Description:
Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs independently or with team assistance when required.
Skilled in inventory management, including processing new shipments and utilizing inventory software.
Strong attention to detail when inspecting, cleaning, and ensuring product quality and presentation.
Consistently follows and applies company policies, coordinating with team members to maintain accurate workflow and inventory tracking.
Warehouse Associate Job Requirements:
- Education & Age Requirement – High school diploma and must be 18 or older.
- Physical Capability – Ability to consistently lift 50+ lbs.
- Skills & Experience – Basic math and reading skills; RF scanner experience is a plus.
- Reliability & Compliance – Must have reliable transportation and be willing to undergo a drug test and background check.
- Attitude & Work Ethic – Maintain a positive demeanor and willingness to contribute to a team environment.
