Schedule: 6 - 6:30 2/2/3 schedule. Openings on day and night shift.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a team-oriented and passionate Industrial Maintenance Technician to support production operations through effective maintenance and troubleshooting. This role works closely with planners, schedulers, and production teams to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency. The Maintenance Technician will report to the Maintenance Manager and play a key role in safety, equipment performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities for Industrial Maintenance Tech:
Perform all duties with a strong focus on safety, product quality, and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Complete scheduled preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair high-speed filling and packaging equipment.
Calibrate production instruments and equipment as assigned.
Support and lead changeovers on production lines.
Maintain mechanical systems, including fillers, case packers, conveyor systems, palletizers, and water purification/filtration systems.
Execute assigned work orders in a timely manner, ensuring proper prioritization.
Participate in continuous improvement of changeover procedures and preventative maintenance plans.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including maintenance shop and parts storage.
Assist in installation and troubleshooting of new or modified production equipment.
Qualifications For Industrial Maintenance Tech:
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or related software.
Must be physically capable of accessing all areas of the production facility.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and tolerate prolonged periods of computer or equipment work.
