Job Details for Payroll Processors:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Occasional Overtime
- Pay: $33.00 – $35.00 per hour
- Location: Frederick, MD
Job Description for Payroll Processors:
Process and reconcile bi-weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Handle payroll transactions including new hires, terminations, and updates.
Calculate wages, commissions, bonuses, deductions, and manage garnishments/401(k) loans.
Review payroll tax filings and support year-end W-2 preparation.
Assist with audits, tax filings, and monthly bank reconciliations.
Job Requirements for Payroll Processors:
- High School diploma or equivalent
3–5 years of payroll processing experience.
Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and tax compliance.
Experience with Paylocity preferred.
High attention to confidentiality and detail.
Proficiency in MS Excel and strong analytical skills
