Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound leads and phone inquiries, guiding prospects to the right solutions.
- Act as a key liaison between sales, operations, and production teams to ensure smooth communication and order accuracy.
- Maintain and organize records of sales activity, leads, and customer communications in the CRM.
- Support clients through the buying process with product recommendations and fast issue resolution.
- Coordinate with production to confirm product availability, manage delivery timelines, and exceed customer expectations.
- Meet and exceed monthly individual sales goals while supporting overall team performance.
- Accurately process and track customer orders, follow-ups, and delivery details.
- Deliver top-tier service by resolving issues quickly and building strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of sales experience (B2B sales preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with cold calling, follow-ups, and managing a sales pipeline
- CRM experience preferred (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
