Details for Client Care Representative:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Pay Rate: $17.30/hr.
- Full Time

Job Responsibilities & Description fo Client Care Representative:
- Answer phone and provide info and assistance to callers
- Set Appointments
- Research to provide first call solution
- Accurately enter customer information using client management software
- Maintain relationships with clients
- Provide product and service information
- Update accounts and ensure information is correct and accurate
Job Requirements for Client Care Representative:
- Must have experience using Excel, MS Word, and Outlook
- Must be comfortable answering several phone calls per day
- Ability to multi-task and provide quality customer service in a professional manner
- Must have atleast 1-2+ years of relevant experience
- Must be able to pass a nationwide background check and urine drug screen
