Position Overview:
The Warehouse Lead will be responsible for coordinating warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to company procedures, and supporting team performance and efficiency. This includes overseeing inventory control, cycle counting, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of direct experience in Packaging and/or Warehousing and Production
- Leadership experience in a warehouse setting
- Cycle counting and inventory control
- Forklift experience
- Proficiency with RF scanners, ERP systems (SAP experience a plus)
- MS Office Suite proficiency
Compensation & Schedule:
- Pay Rate: $20.00 to $22.00/hour (based on experience)
- Incentives: Pay for Performance bonus program
- Shift: First shift (exact start time to be determined by Supervisor)
