Job Responsibilities & Description for the Remote Sales Representative:
- Handle incoming customer phone calls from current and potential customers
- Update client accounts and schedule services for HVAC technicians
- Provide technicians with well-detailed notes regarding the scheduled services
- Schedule in-home services and assist with providing dispatching updates
- Process payments, refunds, and low level escalations
- Upsell products, services, and promotions to increase scheduling rates and company revenue
Job Requirements for the Remote Customer Service Representative:
- Must be highly personable and outgoing with excellent communication skills
- Must have remote or hybrid experience (also must have your own high-speed internet)
- Must have a strong sales mentality and willingness to learn, understand and upsell company products
- Must be able to learn new computer systems and navigate multiple screens and tabs on an ongoing basis
- Must be committed to providing top-notch service
- Candidates must be willing to submit to a Pre-Employment Screening, including Drug & Background Check
