Seeking a detail-oriented and client-friendly Personal Lines CSR Rep to join a small, supportive team. This role involves managing customer inquiries, handling billing and coverage, and providing excellent service to existing clients.

- Job Title: Personal Lines CSR Rep
- Pay Rate: $21.63 - $24.04 per hour
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, standard business hours
- Location: Midlothian, VA 23113
Position Responsibilities: Personal Lines CSR Rep
- Address customer inquiries regarding billing, pricing, and coverage options.
- Process account rounding to ensure comprehensive client coverage.
- Assist clients with the claim reporting process and provide claim status updates.
- Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and in person.
- Collaborate effectively within a small team environment.
Position Requirements: Personal Lines CSR Rep
- Must possess a valid insurance agent license.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal and telephone communication skills.
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in the insurance industry.
- At least one year of experience in Property and Casualty insurance is required.
- Must be client-friendly and able to work well within a small team.
