Assembly Job Description:
- Assembling and modifying electrical and mechanical components
- Installing panelboard interiors, circuit breakers, busbars, and switchgear components
- Adding control systems, power cabling, and detailed control wiring
- Performing basic functional testing to make sure everything works perfectly
- Working closely with the team to meet project goals and deadlines
Assembly Job Requirements:
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Basic experience using hand tools and power tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Reliable transportation to get to the Hanover facility
- Bonus if you can read electrical wiring diagrams or have a technical degree and 1–2 years of experience in a similar field
