Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced High Reach Forklift Operator to join our fast-paced warehouse team. If you're a skilled equipment operator with a strong work ethic and a passion for logistics and distribution, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate high-reach forklifts, sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, electric pallet jacks, and manual pallet jacks to fulfill daily warehouse tasks.
- Pick and stage customer orders from assigned bin locations using RF handheld scanners, cobots (automated carts), and rolling carts.
- Accurately manage inventory movement and storage to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
- Cross-train in other areas of warehouse operations to support team productivity.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas in accordance with safety and OSHA standards.
- Meet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy targets in a deadline-driven environment.
- Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience operating high-reach forklifts and related material handling equipment (no training provided).
- Proven ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 60 lbs. occasionally.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and performing physical tasks for the majority of the shift.
- Basic math and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld RF scanners.
- Dependable attendance and a team-first attitude.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or flexible shifts as required.
