• Schedule: Monday to Friday – 2nd or 3rd shift (occasional Saturday’s)
• Pay Range: $18-$23 per hour

Position Overview:
We’re seeking experienced Flexographic Press Operators to join a well-established manufacturing team in South Charlotte. If you take pride in producing high-quality printed materials and thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you. We are currently hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift positions. Ideal candidates will have at least 3–5 years of hands-on experience operating narrow-web flexographic presses, such as MPS, Mark Andy, or ABG.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform press setup, run operations, and clean-up for narrow-web flexo presses
• Ensure all printed products meet strict quality standards and client specifications
• Enter production data accurately using internal computer systems
• Conduct basic maintenance and troubleshooting on assigned equipment
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals
• Follow all workplace safety standards and procedures
Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of experience on flexographic (narrow-web) presses
• Ability to read rulers in both metric and standard measurements
• Must be mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail
• Capable of lifting 30–60 lbs regularly and standing for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer and calculator skills
• Able to effectively communicate with supervisors and peers
• Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check
