Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 1 year contract
Pay Range: $32-35/hr

As a Automotive Leasing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day lease operations while delivering top-tier customer service. This position is perfect for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent phone skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer and retailer inquiries via phone, email, and mail.
- Manage the internal Auto Leasing Corporation (SALL) operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders, deliveries, and lease bookings.
- Maintain expertise in lease contract paperwork and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Process accounting entries using lease servicing systems (Fiserv LeaseMaster) and Oracle.
- Make informed decisions regarding minor accident waivers, over-mileage charges, and late fees.
- Collaborate across departments and provide high-quality support to both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Must have skills:
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience handling customer inquiries with a focus on delivering excellent service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Preferred skills:
- Automotive industry experience or familiarity with DMV systems and title processing.
- Background in office administration, logistics, or customer support.
- At least four years of relevant experience.
