What You’ll Do: As a Technical Associate, you’ll be a key player in the production and assembly of health-focused diagnostic kits. You’ll handle both manual and automated vialing and packaging processes—ensuring everything is clean, compliant, and ready to ship out to labs and hospitals around the world.
Daily responsibilities include:
Operating and troubleshooting automated production equipment (bottle and plate filling, labeling, and packaging).
Manually assembling of components and packaging finished products
Maintaining lab cleanliness (washing glassware, prep, etc.)
Accurately documenting production steps and materials
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across departments
Ensuring compliance with FDA, ISO, and other safety/quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
High School Diploma or GED (AA degree is a plus!)
1–3 years of related experience (lab, production, or manufacturing)
Preferred someone to be mechanically inclined
Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced team
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing throughout the shift
Basic math and computer skills are a must
