2. great environment and co-workers.
3. helping people get the care they need.
SELLING POINTS ABOUT THE JOB:
There has never been a better time to consider working for a company like BeneCard PBF. The introduction of new legislation and consolidation within the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) industry has had a significant impact on the competitive landscape of the market. As a result, BeneCard PBF has emerged as a rare option for plan sponsors who want something different from their PBM. We are an experienced, established company looking to grow, and we welcome you to learn more about us.
We will have a class starting September 11 OR September 18. We are in the process of implementing a new telephony system and the start date will depend on our final go live date with that system. Feel free to start sending resumes and I will be in contact for any interviews. We are really targeting, but limiting ourselves to 10:30-7:00 and 11:00-7:30 shifts. After the initial training period of approximately 10 weeks, these would be remote positions. These shifts are not guaranteed though and can change due to call arrival patterns.
We are looking to fill approximately 10 positions at each site. The candidates may not have any time off (scheduled or otherwise) for the first 3 weeks. Candidates should have solid work history as we are not looking for people who will stay for a few months and leave. This is the start of our ramp up for 1/1/24, and additional classes will follow.
