Position Details:
- Job Title: Extrusion Operator (Entry-Level & Experienced)
- Pay Rate: $17.35 - $18.60/hour, depending on shift and experience
- Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
- Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire, with long-term stability and growth opportunities!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operating and maintaining key machinery in the PVC extrusion process
- Performing quality inspections to ensure top-tier standards are met
- Safely handling materials and equipment
- Completing minor maintenance and equipment repairs to keep everything running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift and lift up to 25 lbs
- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse, production, or manufacturing
