Job Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Make inbound/outbound calls and provide professional customer support
- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations
- Resolve customer issues and communicate feedback to management
- Utilize MS Office applications and shipping software to manage orders
Requirements:
- Prior office, administrative, or customer service experience (call center acceptable)
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player
