Job Description:
- Lead and inspire the Sales Support, Order Management, Project Management, and Claim Management teams.
- Ensure optimal performance and high-quality services across all departments.
- Foster internal coordination to streamline order execution and claim resolution.
- Serve as the key communicator between your team and other departments to deliver superior customer support.
People Management
- Assess team competencies and implement development plans.
- Conduct performance and development reviews to empower employees.
- Support the professional growth of team members through structured training and mentorship.
Organizational Development
- Drive improvements to meet customer requirements and align with company KPIs.
- Collaborate with global Sales Support Managers and Business Excellence teams to optimize processes and share best practices.
- Act as a process owner for Sales Support globally, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
Hands-On Team Management
- Handle complex customer requests, including technical clarifications and preparing configurations and commercial quotations.
- Build strong relationships with account managers and develop a thorough understanding of customer needs to ensure exceptional commercial results.
