Operations Manager Job Description:
- Managing Operations: You’ll run the show, making sure everything’s ticking along smoothly between the shop and road teams, and working closely with other departments like sales, finance, and parts.
- Building Relationships: You'll be the go-to for our customers—solving any issues they have, building strong connections, and growing the service side of the business.
