Position Overview:
We are looking for a Bilingual HR Generalist to join our team! The ideal candidate will possess strong HR experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to effectively engage with employees and management. This position is open due to a replacement and we are seeking someone who excels in independent work, attention to detail, and fostering a positive, compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and management, answering HR-related inquiries and assisting with paperwork.
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration of new hires.
- Manage employee benefits data and assist in the explanation of programs and options to employees.
- Support disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution, maintaining a positive work environment.
- Handle payroll tasks, including timesheet verification, bonus adjustments, and data entry into HR systems (Paylocity).
Job Requirements:
- BS/BA in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in employee relations, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to interpret and translate as needed.
- Experience with Paylocity and familiarity with HR laws and regulations.
