What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Perform routine maintenance on production machinery and material transfer piping.
- Conduct welding, fabrication, and metal repairs.
- Read and interpret drawings, equipment manuals, and schematics to plan and perform repairs.
- Maintain inventory of parts and materials, placing orders as needed.
- Ensure all production equipment is running efficiently and safely.
- Work collaboratively with the Maintenance Manager and other team members to complete assignments.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 3 years of experience in production maintenance, including process control systems.
- Knowledge of 12-volt through 480-volt electrical circuits.
- Vocational diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in various environments, including hot, cold, or chemical-exposed areas.
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 75 pounds.
Working Conditions:
- Frequent movement around factory equipment, including bending, lifting, and climbing.
- Use of personal protective equipment, such as eye protection, hearing protection, and steel-toed shoes.
- Forklift operation or willingness to be trained within 14 days of employment.
- Occasional travel to other locations or customer sites as needed.
Schedule:
- 8–10-hour shifts Monday through Friday
- On-call availability for weekends
- Overtime as required
