Join our dynamic team! We’re seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Customer Service Rep with administrative expertise to support our fast-paced operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately manage shipping documentation and maintain records in the ERP system.
Prepare and process shipping labels, invoices, and packing slips.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishments.
Communicate with customers and carriers to address shipping inquiries.
Generate reports and manage data using Microsoft Excel.
Collaborate with internal departments for smooth order processing.
Assist with administrative tasks related to logistics and inventory.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; training in office administration or logistics is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and ERP systems.
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities.
Experience in shipping, inventory management, or administrative roles preferred.
