JOB DETAILS:
- Position: Warehouse General Clerk
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $18-$19/hr
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records both manually and digitally.
- Order Tracking: Investigate issues with orders and resolve discrepancies.
- Reconciliation: Perform physical counts of inventory and ensure records match.
- Customer Service: Answer phones and assist with parts orders.
- Vendor Relations: Match vendor confirmations to orders and update databases.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma required
- Preferred experience in Purchasing & Inventory Control.
- Experience operating forklifts (Forklift certified preferred)
- Comfortable handling vendor interactions both over the phone and in person.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong critical thinking skills to manage discrepancies.
