SCHEDULE/HOURS: • The Customer Service department is open from 8:00am-7:00pm. We are looking for individuals with flexible availability, as shifts will fall somewhere between that range. Candidates need to be open to working 2-3 late nights a week (that shift is 11:00am-7:00pm). There is also a rotational Saturday – every 3rd Saturday - from 10:00am-3:00pm.
- 4 Days in Office, 1 Day of choice work from home once fully trained
Pay Rate: $22 hour
Client Service Rep Responsibilities:
- Answer basic questions regarding NJ auto, home and umbrella policies, coverages, and premiums; assume ownership for thorough follow up on all contacts
- Deliver first call resolution and make it easy for the customer
- Develop and maintain complete product knowledge of all three lines (Auto, Homeowner and Umbrella) for NJ
- Accurately enter and update policy information into the various processing systems and handle phone inquiries
- Perform research and initiate changes/corrections to customer’s policies according to established procedures and sound business judgment
- Meet and/or exceed the expectations of customers and agents, always providing professional and efficient service through positive interactions and extensive product knowledge
Client Service Rep Requirements:
- College degree and/or NJ Property & Casualty license are preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, communication and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and decision making skills
- Excellent computer/data entry and math skills- previous experience in a mid-to-high volume client service position that was metrics driven
- High energy and motivation to follow up and take ownership
