This is a DIRECT HIRE/PERMANENT position!

Details for Building Maintenance Supervisor:

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-430pm
Pay Rate: $100k-$120k annually

Job Description for Building Maintenance Supervisor:

Supervise and assign work to the mechanics through the MRI Angus work order dispatching system.
Oversee maintenance operations for all Henderson properties and personnel.
Ensure that routine maintenance work including building inspections, exterior lighting repairs, landscaping, snow removal, trash removal, and janitorial is being completed for each property.
Ensure that Henderson Service Corp. has adequate staffing to complete routine maintenance work, and that maintenance personnel are properly deployed.
Maintain communications with tenants either directly or through other department personnel.
Respond to tenant concerns and complaints. Follow up to ensure that concerns have been addressed.
Assist in resolving disputes that may occur between tenants. In conjunction with the Property Manager, ensure that rules established in the lease are clear and followed.
Provide access as required by Henderson vendors, tenant vendors, and utility providers.
Ensure that maintenance staff have adequate training, equipment, tools, and inventory to properly perform their assigned tasks.
Assist in hiring additional maintenance staff personnel as required.
Review completed requests to ensure they have been completed in a timely manner.

Job Requirements for Building Maintenance Supervisor:

High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of supervisory/management experience in commercial building/facilities maintenance
Strong understanding of building maintenance principles, carpentry, plumbing, painting and electrical, HVAC, security systems and Locksmith
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft office suite; including Outlook, Excel and Word
Valid drivers license with clean driving record and the ability to pass a drug and background check
