PeopleShare has an opening with a client for a Title Settlement Coordinator in Marlton, NJ. This role is working directly for a Title company that is part of one of the Top 10 Real Estate agencies in the United States. This role involves working directly with various 3rd party lenders.

Title: Title Settlement Coordinator

Location: Marlton, NJ 08053

Salary: $25-30/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Hybrid work schedule possible after 90 days.

Responsibilities:

Liaison for the agent, attorney, buyers and sellers
Review agreement of sale, transmittal and other submitted documentation for accuracy
Reviews and makes notes in Select for any follow up or red flags to file
Reviews and uploads information into GreenFolders
Reviews information input to SoftPro Select for accuracy
Reviews title commitment for accuracy and requirements
Orders items on behalf of agent/client
Surveys
Mortgage Payoffs
Facilitates items: Certifications, Association documents, ancillary items to clear requirements on Title Commitment
Resolves customer and agent issues
Schedules Closing and Sends Notices to all parties
Builds relationships with agents to build office capture
Works together with Settlement Officer, Title Processor and Pre Closing Coordinator
Obtain information and documents necessary to clear title requirements such as Business Entity Documents, Old or Prior Owner Mortgages, divorce/Property Settlement Agreements, Trust Documents, Death Certs, Estate Documents, judgments (similar name or valid)
Update information and/or corrections to transaction in Select
Note any updates, revisions, and or corrections

Requirements:

2-4 years of previous experience in Title, Real Estate, or Mortgages desired (not required, training is provided)
Ability to interact with various mortgage lenders and manage 60-70 files in the pipeline
Previous experience with SoftPro title software is a plus
Previous experience with Google products (Mail, Drive, Suite) desired
Previous experience with title, surety title, and core title a plus
