PeopleShare is seeking a Program Educator to design, develop, and deliver high-quality education and training to clinical home visiting professionals. This individual will contribute to the creation of engaging virtual and in-person learning experiences, collaborate with internal stakeholders and university partners, and ensure all educational initiatives are grounded in national implementation standards and evidence-based practices.

Salary Range: $66,000 – $87,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, coordinate, facilitate, and evaluate NFP program education courses using interactive and adult learning methodologies.
Create and maintain educational materials including PowerPoint presentations, facilitation guides, eLearning modules, and Visit-to-Visit Guidelines.
Integrate continuous quality improvement strategies into training and incorporate updates in nursing practice and model enhancements.
Deliver virtual and in-person sessions to nurse home visitors, supervisors, and agency administrators.
Reflect on and improve personal teaching and public speaking skills through ongoing professional development.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to prepare and report on attendance, outcomes, and other training data.
Analyze learner feedback and data to improve training effectiveness and meet the diverse needs of adult learners.
Support strategic planning and the mapping of educational content to ensure progressive, skill-building instruction.
Maintain active involvement in committees and workgroups to strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration.
