Job Details for Employment Specialist:

Schedule: 8AM - 4PM (except Wednesday's 11AM-8PM)
Pay Rate: $47,040/yr
Location: Lyons, PA

Job Responsibilities for Employment Specialist:

Scheduling internal/external applicants for testing, interviewing, and onboarding
Assisting new hires with pre-boarding paperwork
Coordinate the temporary employee hiring, billing, address changes and terminations
Conducting plant tours and showing new hires their positions on the floor

Job Requirements for Employment Specialist:

Strong Computer Skills – Excel, Word, etc.
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work with deadlines
