Job Responsibilities for a SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR:

Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for the CEO
Manage and prioritize incoming emails and correspondence
Prepare, organize, and maintain board meeting notes and related documentation

Job Details for a SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR:

Pay Rate: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00AM-5:00PM, in-office
Status: 2 Month Contract with opportunity to go permanent

Job Requirements for a SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR:

1-3 years of related experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
