PeopleShare is hiring for a dynamic and rapidly growing logistics company dedicated to providing top-notch transportation and shipping services. We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Customer Service Representative. If you are detail-oriented, a multitasker, and a great communicator, we'd love to have you on board.

Payrate: Up to $21/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative:

You'll answer calls politely, help with inquiries, and direct calls to the right people.
You'll enter and update data about shipments, orders, and customers accurately.
Keep client files organized, accessible, and safe with up-to-date information.
You'll help trucks and our logistics team stay in touch, sharing delivery updates and estimated arrival times, and addressing delays promptly.
You'll make sure the right documents are ready and help get shipments through customs smoothly for international deliveries.

Requirements for the Customer Service Representative:

Must be able to type 40 words per minute
HS Diploma or equivalent
1+ year of customer service representative or call center experience
