Position Overview:

The primary responsibility of this position will be to help manage with legal intakes, however, the ideal candidate will be interested in multi-tasking and taking on additional responsibilities as the firm continues to grow.
We are looking for highly committed, responsible individuals who are ready to take on a growing and changing role!

Intake Specialist Details:

Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8:00AM-5:00PM. Role becomes hybrid after training.
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Type: Contract to Hire Role!

Intake Specialist Job Description:

Manage a high-volume intake system, ensuring efficient processing of incoming inquiries.
Respond to intakes promptly, maintaining a timely flow of communication.
Conduct lead screenings to assess case eligibility and prioritize accordingly.
Collaborate with other Legal Intake Specialists to complete special projects and achieve team objectives.
Maintain strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environmen

Intake Specialist Job Requirements:

High School Diploma required; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) essential.
Minimum of 3 years of related experience or call center experience.
Bilingual in Spanish and English
